Olde City gravestone

From a sparsley attended Philadelphia Area Photobloggers jaunt this past January, this is a gravestone in St. Peter's Cemetery, which dates back to 1761. It had been raining at the start of our meet-up, leaving great reflective puddles like this one.
This is also my entry into this week's
Photo Hunt, for "Something Old."

New Releases

For my entry into this first "official" Photo Hunt week (with the subject "Something New"), I've decided to go against the grain of entries dealing with new buildings, baby animals & baby people. Instead, here's the "New Releases" Section of Jack's Music Shoppe in Red Bank, NJ.
Thanks for letting me take photos in your shop, guys!

A.C. Skyline

Back in June we went to a party on the Atlantic City bay, and were treated to this great view of the skyline as the sun set. I'm submitting this as my "Building" entry into this week's Photo Hunt.
I guess I'll single out the building in the middle, even though I don't remember what casino it is. But it's more interesting than either the Tropicana or Bally's that flank it.

Cadillac Art Deco Angel

I had the opportunity to attend the Vintage Aircraft Day & Classic Car Show at Wings Airfield in Blue Bell, PA today. This amazing hood ornament was from a 1941 Cadillac 62D Sedan. I got some other cool shots of planes and cars, but this was the obvious "shot of the day."

Andrew, airborne

My family came over for a Labor Day picnic, and my nephew Andrew brought his skateboard. I welcomed the opportunity to get some shots of him showing off.
He's also my entry into this week's
Photo Hunt.
